What’s for dinner?

I’m trying to think of something simple and fun to post here, and what better question to ask than what you had for dinner today!

I’ll go first. We had breakfast burritos for dinner, ha ha. Super easy weeknight meal to make, and very fast!

Shrimp with lemon and Italian dressing. Broccoli and nuts. Top off with A&W root beer. Hmm good.

Yum, you guys are having some good food! I’m going to try making Italian meatballs for our next dinner. Never made them my entire life. Hopefully I don’t fail too hard, lol.

Tonight: Wood-fired pizza! One Margherita and one pepperoni, salami and mushroom.

A couple weeks ago my sister-in-law and her fiance were visiting for her birthday so I whipped up a steak dinner: ribeye steaks reverse-seared with a finished with a compound butter (thyme, rosemary and green onion). Mushroom medley (oyster, button, and chantrelles) sauteed in a red wine reduction. Served with baked potato or artichoke, green salad, and/or pasta salad. Turned out great, everyone loved it!
