I have been on Wellbutrin and Effexor for 2 years now - and I have not had any noticeble side effects - at least none that I remember now that I'm 2+ years into this combo.
My husband is also on Wellbutrin, and is doing quite well on it.
We have both taken other drugs, and have had varying levels of success - you need to try what's out there, and give it all a chance. Also - make a log of what drugs you have taken, and what effects they have made - I did not do that, and 4 years later I have a hard time remember which drugs I have tried, and what the effects were of the ones that I did take.
