Well im losing my job

My mom cany pay me my money back so i cant pay my note or insurance.

Im so angry bc she took my last and she doesnt care. As long as shes able to get to work she doesnt care.

I feel she wants to keep me here so she does little stuff like this.

I tried to be good to her and gave her 1600 for rent
And she didny pay me back then lied and said thats why i said of u give it to me ill pay you back when i settle.

She never said that.

Im so close to just living in sin with my ex bc i feel i could atleast save my money with him.

I have 2 small kids. Im trying to wotk anf my mom does this and then she throws it in my face sayin i do nothing and live off her but she gets in my way when i do try to work.

This isnt fair

Im so mad.

I hate her. Shes so selfish

Its not and my mom keeps trying to talk to me like nothings wrong. It took me a month to find this job. A month.

Theres only one other person that works with me and her husband drops her off as he has work and I take her home. So she cant help me.

This isnt right. And my mom doesnt care.

And she'll just throw stuff in my face and saying im lazy and laying up on her but im trying and when I m making progress she pulls me back down and berate me.

Feel so hopeless.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having to deal with this. Y'know. You might consider moving to a better town/city/community nearby and moving there where jobs may be more plentiful and you can get away from your mom and dad.

Without a car i cant do anything. Im.stuck here.... Which is why im so mad. This isnt right. Its like she doesnt respect me and she wants to keep me in this position where im under her thumb begging her for everything.

Ok then. Do you or your brother have any connections to any other people nearby? Neighbors, churches, social help organizations? Anything of that sort? Any better relatives?

Sorry if your going to lose your job and for your situation. It must be a little stressful. So sorry your going through all this. I just wanted to provide a different perspective for your consideration. Have you considered how much your mother has spent on you over your entire lifetime? All your food, clothing, shelter, gifts, outings, school, medicines, and doctors, education etc? Your complaining because you helped your mum out with some rent for $1600 when she was in need and you had the opportunity to help your mum? As Christians we are told to honor our parents. It is one of God's 10 commandments (see Exodus 20:12). I pray your situation gets better. Sometimes God allows us to go through trials to see the bigger picture so we can all have a closer walk with him. Make Jesus your strength in prayer and seeking Him through His Word. Going back and living in sin is not the answer and will not help you here. Trust in God and seeking him first he promises all these things will be added unto you *Matthew 6:33. Jesus hates the sins that we do because they separate us from Him and they lead to our death, but he does not hate the sinner that He loves and has died to save.

No excuse for her to belittle and demean me or get in my way. I would never hold me doing my job as a mother over my kids head as an excuse to treat them poorly.. or keep them in debt to me. That's manipulative. I appreciate my mom for being a mom but that doesnt mean she gets to disrespect me continously. No.

Also i have 2 kids and I gave my mom my last. Ive done this repeatedly for her to never pay me back or throw it in my face.

If i lose my job this would defintely do it for me though. I think Id give up on God completely.

It took me a month to find that job.
A minute to get my car..

I need to take care of my kids. If i lose this I
know God doesnt care.

Yes. My parents used his car so she could go back and forth to work. They racked up miles on it and now it wont start at all or run. Bc my mom kept using his car he couldn't work or anything so he just sleeps all day. Shes also taking her time getting his car fixed..but hers is up and running though.

So we are definitely "honoring our parents"

They just keep screwing us over.

Have you tried to contact any kind of christian networks which provide aid for unwed/single mothers? If not, you might start doing a good google search to see if there are some that can help you in your situation, whether they're near or further away. Maybe use the following search entries to kickstart your search (each could bring up different lists of organizations--look for those with a better reputation, obviously):

* christian networks to help unwed mothers

* christian networks to help single mothers

You might also look into forums and/or blogs for single moms as well that might connect you with other women (Christian women) who are in your situation and who might have some further connections and insights on getting a step up for you and your children.

The other option is to do nothing, which doesn't sound like a useful choice to me.

And don't continue to hand over your money to your mom. To do so isn't equivalent to "honoring" her. She needs to be responsible for her self and not lay upon you and your brother the consequences of all of her current struggles. Same goes for with your dad.

Well they responded and said their financial assistance is for abortion minded moms to help them choose life but shell point me to resources ..

Man im exhausting everything.

There has to be others too, Macchiato. I ran those searches and I'm seeing others come up. You might have to call some of them even if they're 3 states over to see if they can at least give you some further leads other than "Good Samaritan."

Call 50 of them if you have to and take notes as you go.

I wonder, too, if any of the Christian ladies here on CF know of any organizations that can help out?

That's good. I know you won't want to get into any arguments with either of your parents, but they're going to have to realistically realize that your contributions to their livelihood need to be a lot more limited than what they've so far been expecting.

There was a catholic church that would help but thwir office is open tuesday mt insurance lapses Monday night
