Well ain't that just typical!

There this lass who is a stunner by anybodys standards!!! And she worked at this place...I'd seen her around a bit around the college (she's a year older so left before me). I was determined to ask her out after my exams. She'd have left then, so I planned on seeing her at her work place, but she wasn't there. The exams have been over for about 5 weeks now, and no sign of her at all.

Well last night I just asked for ONE chance to see her again and ask her and today with my friends, I see her at work, and asked, but she's got a boyfriend...

Bummered!

Wouldn't have been so bad but if I asked her when I first intended to (before she left) she probably wouldn't have one.

I guess you're right...I'm more disappointed with myself for not asking when I first had a chance instead of leaving it too late.

Although I'm on a bit of a high, 'cos I'm just shocked at getting a prayer (okay...maybe a bit daft one)...but God granting my desire overnight!!! ...It may not have ended as I liked but I did ask to see her just once to find out if I was too late.

I can imagine the situation, and can honestly say I'd be really disappointed too.. but God works in mysterious ways, just remember that.

Unimatrix - consider this, God allowed you to see her, find out that she's taken, and get over being disappointed because He has a greater plan for you. Maybe Miss Right is going to come into your life mementarily but you wouldn't see her for the infatuation you are currently dealing with!
