The new welfare system really is far better. I think welfare rolls will continue to decline. I'd have to think about it for a while to figure out a better system...

Children on welfare should not be punished in an attempt to teach their parents a lesson. Many welfare recipients are illiterate, have addictions and/or mental difficulties.
I'd rather have my taxes directed toward America's "have nots" than squandering tens of billions in Vietnam and Iraq.
