I don't see why he can't be made to be compatible, or why a Chrisbot 2.0 can't be created.

He's a resource hog is the main problem. A serious bandwidth devouring database consuming resource hog. There are other chatbots out there on the web you can visit. Do a search on chatbot. Annie is the bot that Chrisbot was based on. Say hi to her for him!

But my point is, he can probably be made to take up way less space, since he would have to be totally re-designed. It wouldn't be a right-now thing, but it is easily feasible-- I could do it if given enough time. It'd be a long time, but it'd happen.

Do you have him equipped? Could he be behind your background. You can move the background to the back with the move layer buttons.

Seriously, I hope the techs do get to take a well deserved break soon. They are doing a good job, and I doubt this is their only priority......so one more heartfelt thanks.

Forum redesign skillz and chatbot redesign skillz are NOT identical, you know...but have at it if you have the interest. I'll be glad to give the newly redesigned Chrisbot his first Turing test!
