at what point do the new threads end and break off - or do they?

They don't automatically break off. I plan to close this thread when it hits 2000 and start a new one. Threads that grow much beyond 2000 posts become impossible to use moderation tools on. That's the reason the 1000 post split process was originally designed.

yes, and it can be viewed by guest (people that are not logged in)

my "savings" are gone, but, i have received some large donations. looks like you did too.

mine were not "interest" payments. but I do understand if a "bunch" have to be "recalled"

I.E. user signs up Wednesday.
Post about 20 -30 post, so there blessings go from 200 -> 400-500 (it's 10 per post right ? )

will they be dropped back to the default 200 ?
