I have a question.

I am using Trellian software to design a website. I can view the wesite good, but when others view the website it doesnt show the images(all it shows is an "x") Does anyone know why it does this?

I asked someone and they said my pictures are pointing to my name(such as: mycomputer/my name, etc) They told me I had to create an image folder or something. Can someone show me how to do this?

Right now I took the website offline but can someone help me?

I hope I can be of help.

I will try to explain. If I am not clear, please feel free to ask.

You need to upload your images to the same place that you uploaded your html web page. Putting them in the same folder as your html is fine. If you get a large number of pages, or images, etc. later, you might want to organize different items into different folders...but you don't need to do that now.

Check your html code. If your Trellian software (I am not familiar with that) gives you the option of viewing your html code, make sure the images are not, as someone told you, pointing to your C: drive, etc. Make sure they look something like this:

<img src="yourimagename.gif">

and not like this:

<img src="C:\my documents\yourimagename.gif">

That way, they will look in the very same folder as your html page.
