Webserver and Image Server both tweaked for speed

I've tweaked both the webserver and the image server configs for speed.

There is a small chance that the webserver may suffer the "server 500 error" problem again during peak times.

Let's just see how it goes - so far the server is going VERY FAST but we shall see how it copes at peak times.
