We Need a New RP

Okay, it pains me to say this, but it seems these RPG forums are dying due to lack of activity. We need to do something to revive it.

At this point, I don't even care much for what the story even is. I just want to RP.

I'm making this post so we RPers can get together and start something new.

I agree. I think it stopped because someone just stopped posting. But in case you all are interested. I recently tryed to revive one of my old threads called Voice of the Outcasts. It is about the early church. It may still be on the first page of the OOC forums. If not I'll find it.

I agree! I have a few old ones i made that died...I could find them in all the clutter of other cast away RPGs.

I've given up on starting RPs. I don't have a problem with it, and I've had plenty of people tell me they love my ideas, but the problem is that I seem to be the only one that writes freely. When I'm in other RPs, I don't have a problem introducing concepts or throwing wrenches into the whole works, but that's okay because there is at least one other person doing the same. When I'm the only one doing it, things start to stagnate because no one else is throwing out fresh ideas. At least, that's the way it seems.

So, if you want ideas for a new thread, I'll offer them, and I'll join them, but someone else will have to head it up.

I'm thinking I might start one up. Nothing fancy, just a simple Role-Play that put a lot of things people usually like together. I'm usually pretty good at repackaging, and my role-plays usually get pretty good camaraderie going. If I have time, I'll see if I can get one together, and maybe we can round up a crew. In the mean time, if ya'll are serious about keeping this place going, invite friends. Get people in from other sites, from real life, from other sections of THIS site. Heck, we've got three websites that have split from this place at various times, if any of you still talk to the people get them back in here. We've only got a maximum of 20 people still here, we need more to support more activity.

True that. Leadership drama was a part of it too. But the lack of activity was the last straw. Well. I maintain, invite people to start new RP's from other places. We can't have fresh stories without a fresh group of players to sort from. Else we get a couple of good threads and a dead website because the current writers are full up. Which, it seems, has happened.

FIXED! Well, I have heard a lot of this game for a long time, and I really want to play this game for I have a PS2 back home in the province of Bohol. Problem now here is that I do not have it yet.

I had a new idea, but it's only that...

I had this idea that all these people get kidnapped and used in strange torture-survival tests where the test subjects are thrown into varying situations and asked to survive. The tests are used to research adrenaline levels in humans and how it can be used in a drug to create super soldiers for the military, or something like that.

I have no idea if it could work or not, but at least someone is coming up with ideas instead of complaining (J/K)

Maybe. I'm not sure how that idea would work.

Normally, I would write another plot, but I'm having sort of a writer's block moment. However, if anyone wants to join my Digimon RP, I'd still be interested in doing that. It's still on the first page here in the OOC section.

My RP has little connection to the TV show. The story in my RP is almost completely original, except that it takes place in the DigiWorld where Digimon roam. Also, the Digimon don't talk.

I'm sorry, Gray, I have a really bad memory, but...Do I know you froma thread or anywhere? You seem...so familiar...

Anyways now that my mojo is back, I'm concentrating on the Sky King of Arenia. You guys should contribute your ideas and such to the creation of my new world--I mean, to this RPG.
