Sometimes people here post videos from a tweet. I can never play them. Click on them and nothing happens. I see other people comment on the video so I know others are seeing them. Anyone else have this, or know what the problem is?

Chrome should have the necessary codecs bundled in. Perhaps you have some extensions that are preventing the connection, such as an ad blocker set too stringently.
