If the seed of the serpent isn't to be understood...why was it mentioned? Is it a lie? Did God just throw that in there for fun?

Satan plants the seed. When it spring forth it produces the fruit of unbelief. The verse was inspired of God. What the seed is needs no special understanding of a dual creation of races.

That you see them having sex is not my problem. The last i checked, in a sexual meaning, a woman does not produce seed. I'm pretty sure that's a mans biology. Women have eggs.
She was cursed for unbelief. Not cursed with Rosemary's baby. BTW Cain is not the only one labeled as having the devil for a father. This is not a natural father but a father of a lie. Once believed we become the son of that lie.
