Moses was an ordinary man whom God used to do extraordinary things. There is no Biblical evedince that there was anything special about his physiology.

Actually, he was not really an ordinary man. He was raised as the grandson of pharaoh. So he had the best education available in his day. Educated people were not that common back then.

There is no scripture to that effect. However, there are indications that Noah's genetics were not infected as was others in the world. "Noah was perfect (complete) in his generation". The word generation comes from the word from which we get genes or genetics. Possibly indicating perfect set of genes from which God could raise up another generation.

And what did his education have to do with his genetics? Nothing. No argument that he was educated.

The bottom line: Moses was NOT genetically superior. The Bible does not support this idea.

"Moh-seh" was a common Egyptian name. Which doesn't really prove anything, except that he was raised as an Egyptian.

There are some Greek sources that talk about an Egyptian who led some (undesirables) out of Egypt.
