I don't understand. Why worship anything at all? Is it necessary? Like, I believe in God and all but I don't see why it is necessary to worship any being. Look at animals, they don't need to worship but God provides for them any ways. Animals are much smarter than humans because they don't get stuck in this notion that everything bad that happens isn't the work of the devil. Why even acknowledge such a beings presence? Wouldn't it be a valid experience to ignore such a diseased entity? Where does it get anyone to assume that if there is a God then there must be a devil? Isn't the association that the devil has his possessions an attempt at worshipping such a beast?
But back to my argument, why worship at all? Is it really necessary to praise a God or give one glory through worship? I understand the need for discipline in the human equation but is it really necessary to say thank you lord jesus christ--ten thousand times in a day? What about this rosary? People pray the rosary everyday, for what reason, I don't know? They say that it wards off evil but that is a lie, evil has a will of its own and evil will do as evil does.
I think the mere acknowledgement of God is sufficient enough, why make long prayers over nothing? When is a religion worth a life?
