Interesting! Jesus came to save ANYONE under the New Covenant.

God's CHOSEN are anyone He saves...Ephesians 1:3-6:
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,
4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. In love
5 He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will,
6 to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved.

What about Palestinian Christians, those saints in Iraq, or Iran...how about the saints in China?

This isn't to say we shouldn't pray for Israel....but this IDEA they are God's "chosen"....no...that was the Old Covenant. The "chosen people" are all who come to Christ...Jew or Gentile!!!

Its clear you have no clue why God chose Israel to begin with, and why God is going to use Israel for the end times.

Ill give you a hint.

Israel is proportionately the most powerful nation in the world, with the smallest population and land mass.

Figure it out.

Hey Ebedmelech, is Jesus Christ God?

If he was going to use them, it would be to evangelize. it doesn't matter what land mass you have for that!

God does not want any to perish (speaking in terms especially of justification before him), so he would want to have an evangelistic force.

Let me give you a clue that you have no clue! God entered into covenant with Israel and they BROKE that covenant.

Jesus came and said THIS IS THE NEW COVENANT IN MY BLOOD!

Read Hebrews 8:7-13 and get a real understanding...because at this point you have no clue. You accept what you have been taught not really looking at scripture.

Figure it out.

I have. I read Hebrews 9...which clearly teaches the Old Covenant is NO MORE!

Hebrews 9:15
15 For this reason He is the mediator of a new covenant, so that, since a death has taken place for the redemption of the transgressions that were committed under the first covenant, those who have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.

You say Israel is chosen...but listen to 1 Peter 9, 10:
9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
10 for you once were not a people, but now you are the people of God; you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.

YOU should get a clue...because right now you're just parroting something you've think is true...but it's ERROR!!!

When you can find ONE post where I even hinted Jesus is not God..let me know. Otherwise...your pretty much acting in ignorance.

Do you understand a COVENANT...have you read Exodus 19-24? Have you read what happens to Israel when they dishonor the covenant in Leviticus 26:14-46?

Stop trying to contend...because you fall farther behind.

The covenant is the result of God choosing Israel.

I dont think you honestly have a clue why God chose Israel.

No. Once gain you show ignorance!

God did choose Israel...true enough. However Israel AGREED TO THE COVENANT!

It right there in Exouds 24:6-8
6 Moses took half of the blood and put it in basins, and the other half of the blood he sprinkled on the altar.
7 Then he took the book of the covenant and read it in the hearing of the people; and they said, “All that the Lord has spoken we will do, and we will be obedient!”
8 So Moses took the blood and sprinkled it on the people, and said, “Behold the blood of the covenant, which the Lord has made with you in accordance with all these words.”

So the people also agreed to the covenant...and God KNEW they would break it!

God told Moses they would do so in Deuteronomy 31:14-18:
14 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Behold, the time for you to die is near; call Joshua, and present yourselves at the tent of meeting, that I may commission him.” So Moses and Joshua went and presented themselves at the tent of meeting.
15 The Lord appeared in the tent in a pillar of cloud, and the pillar of cloud stood at the doorway of the tent.
16 The Lord said to Moses, “Behold, you are about to lie down with your fathers; and this people will arise and play the harlot with the strange gods of the land, into the midst of which they are going, and will forsake Me and break My covenant which I have made with them.
17 Then My anger will be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them and hide My face from them, and they will be consumed, and many evils and troubles will come upon them; so that they will say in that day, ‘Is it not because our God is not among us that these evils have come upon us?’
18 But I will surely hide My face in that day because of all the evil which they will do, for they will turn to other gods.

One of these days...you might understand that.

Ill help you.

Its simple, only a few verses. You are worried about the "covenant", I asked you why God chose them.

Deu 4:37 "Because He loved your fathers, therefore He chose their descendants after them. And He personally brought you from Egypt by His great power,

Deu 10:15 "Yet on your fathers did the LORD set His affection to love them, and He chose their descendants after them, even you above all peoples, as it is this day.

I forgot the main verse in my contention, lol..

Deu 7:7 "The LORD did not set His love on you nor choose you because you were more in number than any of the peoples, for you were the fewest of all peoples,

Deu 7:8 but because the LORD loved you and kept the oath which He swore to your forefathers, the LORD brought you out by a mighty hand and redeemed you from the house of slavery, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.

Do you know why God chose Israel to begin with?

In all fairness, this was a severly loaded open question to use to drive a point. Their are numerous answers to it, though they all lead back to God choosing whom he felt worthy, and making a promise with. Ebed is right with his quick use of jumping to selection of a covenant. Though arguing his choice of an answer isn't fair when his answers right, but avoiding the aspect your attempting to engage oneaccord.

While the covenant did have fulfillment prereqs from both sides, did not God choose to always honor His end.

You're again missing the point..because you want to answer...instead of think.

Those verses are correct...but STILL you cannot ignore the Israel agreed to the covenant. When you do that...you play scripture against scripture

Notice...I agree with what you said...it's right there in scripture...BUT YOU ignored what I said...and IT TOO is right there in scripture.

You don't play one against the other, you accept them both as truth... because when you play one against the other...you WILL go wrong.

So yes...God chose Israel....and Israel entered into the covenant with God.

Most important, to show how you just answer...you MISSED exactly what God said...which is:

This people will "BREAK THE COVENANT I MADE WITH THEM". Do you see your error? It take two parties to make a covenant.

*God made a covenant WITH Abraham

*God made a covenant WITH Israel

*God made a covenant WITH David

*EVERY believer that receives the blood of Christ enters into the New Covenant WITH God through Jesus!

Stop trying to have all the answers...and start thinking, because at this point...you're digging the hole.

Yep, plain as day:'
Rom 4:13, 16
Rom 9:7, 23-29 (see contexts; it is what it is sorting out)
9:30 clarifies what it was they were to recieve: the righteousness that is by faith, like Abraham back at (their) beginning
Rom 15:8-12 fantastic!
Rom 16:26
2 Cor 1:20 spoken in the context of sorting out what the impostors of Judaism were trying to assert
2 Cor 6:1 Now is the day of his favor
Gal 3:7-9 they always were for all nations; there is no separate plan
3:14, recap and summary of same
3:22 what was promised--very important phrase otherwise we will think it is many different kinds of things. No, it is the promised righteousness like Rom 9 ended saying
3:29 you are heirs according to the promise by faith. You can hardly get more technical and exact
Eph 2:11-22 all the things that excluded the nations are gone; they are included by faith; it always was about that; there was never a separate program running in the background that needs to be "finished"
3:6 All of the above happens through the Gospel, not the Law. There was no other purpose, and the age of trying to make the Law fit it is over. there was some revelation of it says 3:5, but not as clear as now that the Gospel is there. That is why Judaism at least gets credit for trying to include them or prepare for that to happen in the messianic age
Acts 13:32 what(ever) God promised to the fathers is fulfilled in the resurrection. Why the resurrection? Because the promise was righteousness by faith which justifies. The resurrection proves that one Man accomplished this and was approved for us. The forgiveness of sins is proclaimed in him, which is what justification is about, and Abraham had and heard all that.
13:47 the plan all along was for this light to reach all nations in Christ; it does so whenever the reality of "in Christ" is declared.

there are simply no questions, and none of this sounds like Dispensational 2P2P at all.
