Well, that is pretty gross. Even so, I don't mind the Harry Potter books, as long as children understand it is only fantasy, and for entertainment. I know it's controversial to some people, but I found children are quite astute at such things. They KNOW it is just fantasy, and a story. But the other one is really bad.

I haven't read of or even heard of this book until this moment. I am also not so convinced that God doesn't use out of body experiences, as stated by at least some of the prophets. It seems that this is the only way to see the throne of God.

Don't you believe this? Homosexuals are human, and they ARE made in the image of God. I DO believe Jesus loves them as they are. I do not however condone homsexual behavior as being free of sin. Every sexual orientation deals with their specific sins, and there is lots of cross-over.

I am not convinced that "God Bless America" is a doctrine either. Can you state its premises? What makes you think that the destruction of the United States is such a good thing? Did God not promise Abraham that if there was even one righteous man in Sodom He would stay His judgement? While I do agree that Homosexual behavior is a sin against God, I don't think you'll manage to get rid of their behavior by destroying a nation.

Personally, I love the Harry Potter books...didn't in the beginning of all the hype, but once I took the time to find out what it was for myself, I learned that all the hype was really for no reason. That's just my opinion, but it makes me want to ask you if you've read any of the HP books or this book either. You make some pretty serious accusations...were the out-of-body experiences "demonic" by his words or yours? I'm inclined to agree that they were probably not of God (actually, I agree with you wholly on that...but I'm not ready to place God in a box), but still...how much of this is coming from first-hand knowledge of the book?

I ask because of what you said concerning the HP books. To claim that they are from Satan is heavy, and I disagree entirely, so it makes me wonder about this book as well. Have you read it, and if not...where are you getting this information? If you have, thank you for sharing...I appreciate your wanting to share the info with us.

I loved harry Potter and can honestly say that I'm not homophobic (don't agree that it's right though) but i agree with you that using God in the way this man is doing is wrong. the demonic out of bady experiences say it all.

Good post simply , I think some people sometimes need to remember that God has already won! so I agree wirth whats written there . If this book was inspired by demonic spirits , then lets pray against it and that it will not influence people or lead them astray etc. I bieleve however its unlikley to influence that many Christians anway. Although Satan is cunning , ultimatley he is defeated!! During the season of advent , I think its a good idea remind ourseleves of the signs , signalling the inmenant return of Jesus ! Isn't false prophets there?? , I think this guy then could be just another example. Then also I think we should pray for the salvation of the writer as well as others , so that he turns away from his wicked ways.

and Harry Potter........We should condem it.........for the evils of ......bording school . hehe j/k. Seriously, although I doubt very much Harry Potter is Christian book , I do not think that it is inspired by Satan . I know it cannot compare to anything like the Chronicles of Narnia or Lords of the Rings. It does deal with similar themes such as magic and power and the epic battle of good versus evil .​
