War compared to Covid19

Ukraine has suffered over 100,000 deaths due to Covid19 but so far only 100s or maybe 1000s due to the war. Ukrainians are understandably fleeing the country or hiding under the ground: making significant sacrifices to save their lives and the lives of their children, family and friends.

Now I know you can't run from Covid19 or see it, and Covid19 doesn't destroy buildings. But sacrifices like wearing a mask or getting vaccinated pale into insignificance compared to these sacrifices. So why do many people baulk at wearing a mask; or if you don't agree that a mask protects you and others take the precautions that you agree do protect you from Covid19 (e.g. physical distancing)?

If only the death toll from this brand new war would stop at a mere 2 or 3 thousand....

That would be a good outcome, since it would mean that the war is ending now.

Already it's likely that many thousands of Russian troops have died -- Russian troops returning from the front said the real death toll has been 'massive' ('far higher' than official reports from Russia) -- said this directly face to face to one person traveling with them by chance in the last couple of days.

But the war doesn't look like it's ending during the last 24 hours, but looks like it is still escalating in the last day.

About Covid masking, for those that need it still, due to their health vulnerabilities (millions that have weakened immune systems or are very elderly, and other groups), free N95 masks supplied by the federal government are now available at many pharmacies I understand.

Breathing through a mask causes the re-breathing of carbon dioxide, which can result in respiratory acidosis. Respiratory acidosis is a dangerous condition which disrupts the binding of oxygen to hemoglobin (blood).

The "Vaccine" only treats the symptoms after getting Covid. Therefore it is not worthy of being called a vaccine. Did you see the new data recently released??? Hundreds of possible negative side effects from this so called "Vaccine". In my opinion , the main stream media is guilty of fear mongering. So that makes it hard for me to trust Covid deaths stats.

AFAIK almost everyone has been taking the precautions they agree do protect them.
