Walking the Beach

[The Narrow Way]

Such a beautiful walk this morning along the beach.....never saw so many jelly fishes in all my life. A very beautiful Sabbath....love spending time outside in Nature....seeing God's handiwork.

His creation is awesome! I can't even imagine true creative power. We speak of people being creative, but those are just very good at rearanging what they've already seen or heard. Think Mozart arranging notes into new compositions, but still using notes that already existed. True creative genius belongs only to God !!

Last beach I was at was Myrtle Beach. I heard later that there had been a serial killer in that area at the same time I was there. And I may have encountered him. I took an early morning stroll on the beach alone and a man approached me and asked if I would take his picture for him using his camera. I did, then he asked me if I wanted him to take mine. In the meantime, I had noticed a second man hanging out under a tier not too far off watching us (his partner?). I declined the picture and left real fast, needless to say.

A beautiful morning indeed...unless, of course, you happen to be a jelly fish.

I was just remembering years back when I was baptized in the bay. Lots of jelly-fish. Somehow none or us were stung.

while frightening, and potentially still dangerous, the man was probably not a serial killer. But glad you were safe nonetheless. A dog can be a great hiking companion that typically wards off shady people.
