Although it's a bit early for the American elections, there is a Canadian election upcoming (if the Liberals are brave enough to call one after what we've just learned about their spending habits), and I thought I'd post this link here. I suppose it could go into Politics instead, but it is specifically directed at Catholics.

Up here the system is basically that we elect members of Parliament (just as you vote for the House of Representatives), and the leader of the party with the most seats is Prime Minister. The equivalent for you 'Mericans would be if the Democrats won the most seats in the House and Nancy Pelosi became President. (Except our Democrats, i.e. Liberal Party, aren't as competent and honest as she is.)
