I wonder how much politics will be involved in this; like DMB, I want to hear the music and not some political slogans. While I might agree with their stances on Bush more than you guys, I still don't care very much to hear it at a concert.

Get used to it if you're a rock fan ;) Rock musicians have been predominantly liberal pretty much throughout the history of rock.

Thank God I love country music.:)
Especially Toby Keith, (you favorite singer Nadroj, right?)

I wish all the bands in this played together instead of so and so there and so and so here. It could be a two day thing. And there would be appointed times to talk about politics, during which I would take a food break :)

How did you know? I bet you could guess my favorite song, too..... :)

LOL, I'd be with ya. It's not that I don't care about politics, but I don't count on musicians to give me political information. Besides, most of it will probably be some variation of "Bush is a loser," which, while probably true ( ;) ), isn't what I'd call informative. I'd make an exception for Michael Stipe, though; I believe he's a pretty knowledgeable guy.

oh yeah, I know that you love "the angry American" (I think that is what that song is called)

lol. I was thinking that what they would say probably wouldnt be constructive. "I hate Bush, and you should too" que the john Lennon song..
Although, like you said, Michael Stipe might say something knowledgeable... "Thats me in the corner, thats me in the spot light, losing respect for Bush"
:)
