God is not a misogynist
Having the heart for leading worship is not enough, because our heart is deceptive. Where God calls, he equips - and fills us where we are lacking. It would be simple for me: she wasn't ready yet, but when she will be ready, God will be equipping her for it, which will mean she will willingly and fruitfully receive teaching and skill. Until she is recieving these things, her heart's desire is not 'enough' to be leading the people of God.
Having a heart for something ----> doing it to God and God alone. A heart for something is a heart 101% to God, with no other gods or idols to please.
Having a heart to lead -----> doing it to God, being qualified and skilled to guide others as well, still with no other objective than bringing people to focus on God.
I feel very differently about music of all other contexts, creations, projections, etc. The objective and focus is so very different, but leading worship is serious buisness, and there is no room for the wild hearted.
