Has anyone heard that certain vitamins can increase your level of fertility? I had never heard this until my friends recently got pregnant by surprise (they were using protection) and they are saying they think it is because she was taking b vitamins and folic acid or something. Has anyone ever heard this before?

I've never heard it increases your fertility just that it was good to be on folic acid to fight your odds against birth defects.
