Note that the fair rule of law in America, is ALREADY SET UP
TO HANDLE ALL SORTS OF SITUATIONS. Such as...
1 People who have been abused or wrongly treated.
The fair rule of law allows methods of addressing their grievances,
within the due process of law.
2 People who disagree with the decisions of the due process of law.
These people may appeal their court decisions.
3 People who claim that they have been wronged, but cannot find
and relevant or substantive evidence that they have been wronged.
These people may file law suits with the Department of Justice,
using due process. They may even get help from the Department of
Justice, in hunting down relevant evidence.
An example would be Donald Trump, who has filed (directly or indirectly)
over 60 lawsuits claiming massive election fraud in the 2020 presidential
election. The courts have rejected these lawsuits, because there was no
relevant or substantial evidence supporting them, or the REASONS for
filing these claims were ridiculous or purely emotional feelings.
4 People who feel that they have been wronged, or SAY that they have
been wronged (whether they actually believe this) and who decide to
"take the law into their own hands" to carry out criminal acts that
SUPPOSEDLY are meant to being justice about. The fair rule of law
and due process in America, deals with these people as criminals,
as they are bypassing the fair rule of law, and committing criminal
acts.
Note that Trump has already engaged in (or inspired) both case (3)
and case (4) (in the January rioting at the Capital Building, in which
4 people died, and many law enforcement agents were wounded
by the criminal rioting.
---------- ----------
The fair rule of law in America applies to all who live in America.
And, this is regardless of whether or not they claim to be innocent
or guilty, abused or not abused. And regardless of the popularity
of their claims, on social media platforms, or, in political party
gatherings.
America ALREADY HAS THE INFRASTRUCTURE TO HANDLE ALL
THESE SITUATIONS.
There is no reason why anyone who thinks he has been badly treated, to
try to bypass the fair rule of law, and engage in violence and intimidation
while claiming to be a patriot, or lawful citizen. The fair rule of law in
America can already handle these situations, within the due process of law.
