"View Poll Results" does not work

When you want to see the results of a poll without voting yourself (either because you're not allowed on that forum or because none of the options apply to you), you can't click "view poll results" anymore (in the old CF you could). When you do click it, you get a message
"You must place your vote before you can view the poll results."

which is nonsensical, because if you voted, you would see the results anyway! So when you click "view poll results" you have a good reason for not voting (e.g. not being able to vote).

Please change it back to the way it was in the old CF, when you could see poll results without actually having to vote.

I'll have to ask the staff about how it should work - as I just finished the opposite of this!

However, if you cannot vote in the poll, I agree the restriction should be disabled.

Before the reforms, you had the option of seeing the results of a poll even if you didn't vote. That becomes quite annoying now when trying to look at results.

It's back to normal now (you can view results as expected).
