  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Gods4me,
Changing schools and enrolling in a bible college is, without a doubt, one of the best decisions I've made. I know that Moody Bible Institue here in the US has an entire online degree program that I looked into. That may be a start. I didn't take advantage of it, because I just do better in a physical classroom, and I knew if I did all internet coursework, that I would be wasting my opportunity. Their website is http://www.moody.edu/. Pray over your decision, because it is a big one, but I truly hope you make the most of the chance if you do take that step. :)

hey Im from Pensacola as well but I go to the University of West Florida which is secular.

check out palm beach atlantic university. it is a non-denominational christian college in a beautiful area of Florida. I plan to go there for a master of science in counseling Psychology.

Like you I did not want to move away for college and now im applying for a christian and a secular university and honestly its so hard doing a letter of intent when I feel called to a christian college over a secular. My only reason for going to the secular would be to stay close to home and what im familiar with.

God calls us out of our comfort zones. He may be calling you to america and being a foreign student im sure that opens up alot of great oppertunities.
