It shows exaclty what I claim. Slow the video down. And he isn't holding out his hands to be cuffed. He holds out one hand. He is talking with the police officer.

The other guy gets tackled from behind. When did he get a chance to "talk"?

I understand there is no racist system. You live in a SJW fantasy world. The guy got thrown on the ground because he was punching and wrestling with the other guy. That's what happens in fights. Do you have the police training manual or any evidence that their training was racist? Videos of their racist training would suffice. If not, you're spreading misinformation. I saw him push a pointed finger away, then is pushed in return. So, no I don't see pushing someone in retaliation for batting a hand away as justification here.

Or, really any justification for the escalation of the fight on either participants side. I doubt a judge will see it as you do either.



I would disagree with how your case went if you are describing it correctly. You should in fact have been charged.

The point is immaterial. The police know nothing about how the fight started when they come in, nor could they possibly. They would have seen two people fighting and not see it as one sided as you apparently do.

You know, unless they are racists doing mental gymnastics trying to apologize for one participant in a fight and demonizing the other. Their snap decision is to tackle the guy on the ground and escort the guy standing over him to a chair.

You're no judge, so you don't get to decide what is justified outside of the law. Law says a physical attack is assault. Him pushing him was assault. According to the law, if you are assaulted you are allowed to use force to defend yourself.

Again, my case followed the law. My wife was assaulted, and I defended her. Now, he could have very well of sued me for medical bills, but he didn't. From what I understand he didn't remember anything and was remorseful after finding out that he grabbed my wife. He probably felt like he got what he deserved. He even apologized to her and I.

If you watch the video, the police come on scene when the guy in the dark shirt is holding the other down. He isn't throwing any punches or anything. He does take punches, which is what the police see. The lady rips the guy on top off the guy on the ground and pushes him on the couch. He wasn't gently escorted. I'm sure he will have a mild case of wiplash the next day. While the male subdues and cuffs the guy that he saw throwing punches. There wasn't anything racist about that. If police come on a scene and see someone throwing punches, he's always going to be the guy that gets cuffed.

As a white person, I was able to look up the definition. I believe black people are just as capable of doing the same.

She probably didn't cuff him because when she came on scene, she didn't see him throwing punches. The only reason the other guy got cuffed was because he was the only one throwing punches when the police came on scene. Police will cuff anyone that appears to be a threat. The guy flailing around throwing punches on the ground appears to be a threat. I have been cuffed just for legally carrying a gun while talking to a police officer. They do it because even though I'm carrying legally, it still poses a possible threat to them.
