As promised, a video. This is my introductory video. No one is really mentioned in specific - sort of. I do tell how I cam to CF and who made their first impressions on me. I mic check Keri and Ethnog! =)

The production quality is a bit dodgy. I chose to use my iPhone to record with, and furthermore chose to use the camera that is on the back of the phone. It has better quality which is what enticed me. Unfortunately, that means I couldn't see if I was in the frame or not. I know better for next time.

I can definitely relate to your experience. It took almost a year before I really clicked with this place. And Ethie was one of the first to make me feel I belonged.

I am glad you stuck around. I mean if you weren't here, who else would mock my wrath and call me guimauve? You are a real blessing around here too Your story is oddly like mine too. I joined here originally because someone recommended it as a good apologetics outlet for debate and such. I lasted about a week here before i lost interest. Then 6-ish months later I was really in need of a Christian community and this site popped into my head. I logged in, made some good friends here (several of which I'm still in touch with and even visit when I can), and I became addicted and just never really left.

I had no idea what to expect on a Christian online group. My experience was purely "worldly." So I hung back a bit, not sure how to proceed. Thankfully some of the ladies took the time to make a noob feel welcomed.

Yes! You get a video, but not yet... I made Five for whoever randomly popped into my head, and they turned out to be the ones that I was talking with on Skype at that moment. I hope to list off everyone at one point or another.

Thanks for the compliments! Funny about my voice, it was dry and very tenor. I almost didn't do them because it sounded so high pitched that afternoon.

Ahhh, yeah. I shaved that off a while ago. I have no coverage on the sides at all so it ended up looking like the sorry goatee of a POW.
