I'm calling him or her "ninja baby" for now. We woke the baby up during the ultrasound and it jumped and stuck out the little arms and legs. I think it was ready to beat somebody up, lol. Sounds like when Mom gets woken up

I did not know I was going to have an ultrasound. I thought they would use Doppler, but they said it was too early for that. And then when I was having the ultrasound, I didn't realize the baby was going to move like that. I thought it would just stay still (because it was still at first, since it was asleep). I was going to take a picture and then they said they would print one. Then they were like, "hmm, it isn't moving much..." and it jumped and started moving as if on cue. Then they said we probably woke it up.
I wish I had a video of that
I hate calling the baby "it" ... we don't know the sex yet, though.
) but *so* worth it when you do start seeing positive changes happening with that.
