I was right yet again, you're too hard on yourself. You are very much talented with the piano that was great!

I took piano lessons when I was like 8 for 4 years. My parents required each one of us to do it. Oh man, how I hated piano lessons. Couldn't stand it at all. The only reason I put up with it I think, is because the piano teacher was the mother of one my best friends at the time, so anytime I went to go for a piano lesson with my brother and sister, I'd get to hang out with my best friend.

The kind of ironic & sad part is, I was pretty good at it too. It's been so long though I'd have to relearn it all. I think maybe if I was to get back into playing music now, I'd probably just stick with the drums. I mean you can't beat (pun intended?) just banging around some drums to let out some tension.

My "theme song" at Jackson Hole Bible College was the song "I dont want to work, I just want to bang on the drum all day"

But anyway, having the little piano experience I have, I can appreciate the time and effort it takes to learn hard songs and that was very beautiful. So thank you

Shoveling it in Michigan for 18 years left me with deep scars so I'm gonna have to plan a time of the year when you are in your summer season

When are we going to do a CF ladies Skype session again? We need to catch up!! Life goes too quickly and my days have been crazy so its my own fault for not harassing you and Ethie more about this. Consider yourself warned. I will now begin to hound you both to get this on our schedules

Oh yeah... I used to work at an auditorium and a couple times a year some Filipino groups in the city would rent it out for concerts and variety shows, and of course the whole show would be done in Tagalog. I actually really enjoyed working for those shows. Every so often I'd hear an English or Spanish word thrown in, and it'd be *just* enough to get a sense of what was being discussed.

Made me feel kinda smart haha

Oh I'm just a language geek. I want to learn so many. I'm intermediate-advanced in French right now. I'm OK with Spanish. I can pick up bits and pieces of German. And tiny tiny bits of Italian - mainly because of studying Spanish though I want to become more proficient at all four.

Ethie is going to be my Armenian tutor.

And I really want to learn Biblical Hebrew and Greek.

Oh and ASL just fascinates me. TrainGoSorry will be my ASL tutor when I move.

I've got a busy busy life ahead of me

At one point I was contemplating taking a program that was a double language major. It would have been French and Norwegian (Weird combo, I know.) So I thought I'd dabble a bit in Norwegian to get a feel for it and if its something I thought I could do.

German is a walk in the park compared to Norwegian
