Also, can we have a third option? I would have answered Vampire before the whole Twilight thing, but Im not big on sparkling.

Yeah not only do we have deep southern accents, we have the folks from Nawlins coming over and making it even less understandable.

Thankfully though its few and far between, generally as far as I see it, Texans have an accent but most of us talk about like Pinky, Maybe slower and with a tiny bit of accent compared to hers, but nothing in the general day to day that sounds like the stereotypes would have you believe.

But yes, there ARE accent landmines all over Texas.
