That is a problem alright. Many fundamentalists voted for Bush simply because he is opposed to abortion and gay marriages.

Never mind, though, that the president's arrogance and by proclaiming himself to be a "war president" resulted in an unprovoked war causing many deaths, injuries, destructions and millions of refugees, not to mention our all time low in world opinions.

Perhaps for two reasons.
The president may have believed or wanted to believe that Al-Qaida was present in Iraq and because shortly after 9/11 the American public was eager to see the administration do something in response to the twin tower attacks.

Another reason simply may have to do with economics, meaning oil.

Personally, I hope the world detests the US. Maybe then they'll stop their illegal invasion and stop putting a strain on our hospitals, food kitchens, and other sources of free handouts. We have plenty of poor folks to care for without their added burden. We'd have fewer without them here.

It is rather a double standard.

Supposedly everyone in the world hates the United States, but the United States has a higher number of immigrants every year than every other country in the world combined.

I will have enough to worry about, without trying to defend others. I don't judge who is Christian or who is just pretending. They only have to impress God, not me. I truly don't know if Bush is a Christian or not.

Genuine Christians never give the finger, never cuss, never hurt others, and basically walk on water all their Christian lives.

Your not suppose to tell everyone we walk on water, now everyones going to want to do it.
Believe me, I can't tread water when it comes to sin, let alone walking on water.
