There is two aspects of salvation. On the death side there is substitutory (forgiveness an eternal life) death and co-death (identification and overcoming 1). Co-death has two aspects, co-death in daily experience (power over sin) and daily cross bearing (forsaking the world). On the life side there is 3 aspects that occur in order: alive with Christ, Christ lives in me, and I live for Christ. And to finish off, when I live for Christ that is Victorious Life (overcoming 2). Note the parable of the seed in Matthew 13, there are 7 different kinds of Christians.
