i don't eat pork, and i try to avoid potatoe chips with high fat. i myself would try it out since it doesn't have any pork in it, it is just an artificial flavor.

since muslims can eat meat except pork, why is it that they can't eat pork?

1. is it because they don't like the taste?
2. or is it because pork is an unhealthy animal?

if #2, then, I don't see why you (mala) would think it disgusting since those potatoe chips don't have any pork in them.

actually, I think that they may have been already some hamburger or cheeseburger chips out before. there are even some pizza flavored chips that i've tried myself.

My brothers favorate chip used to be "roast chicken" flavour.

but I agree, let's bring back the classic flavours. Why dont they make chutney chips anymore?

Why is a scientific reason of not eating pork? All animals to a extent are dirty, all they need to learn to cook properly and learn sanitaiton and safety. Now where is my BLT?

Oh I totally agree with you. There is no way I would eat that or any similar thing, no matter what the flavor. It is disgusting! I'm not sure what qualifies as "american food"...maybe hamburgers, fries, chips, etc? I don't eat any of that and my food is very tasty (only grains, beans, veggies, fruit, spices, etc) Yum!! Now I'm getting hungry LOL!

How do Muslims know it will taste crap if most of them never tasted smoky bacon before?
