This is for those who are being spoken evil because they are defending Jesus Christ, the Word of God. Not for those who defend Mary, or the Catholic Church.
I'm not defending the Catholic Church, nor am I defending Mary for her own sake. I have been defending Christ - who He is and what He did. You are denying something most Christians have considered essential doctrine for nearly 2000 years. You are denying a fundamental part of the Nicene Creed. You seem to think anyone who defends Mary's title of Theotokos sees her as a goddess. If that's what you think, I've got nothing more to say here.

It was Jesus Himself who brought me to faith in His Presence in The Eucharist. And I have suffered some for that.
When this happens, all He does is reassure me that I am in His will. So people can suffer for Him in more ways than you think! ;-)
And defending Jesus' own words, "I AM the bread of life"....trust me, you can suffer for that.

Mary is the true Theotokos. It's an enormous honor, and as Scripture predicted, we call her blessed. But it's because she is the Theotokos. If she weren't, there'd be no reason for any of it. It all points back to Christ. Every. Last. Bit. Of. It. Any refusal on your part to see that is your own blindness, your own lack of faith, and your own prejudices. And no, I'm not questioning your salvation, although I wonder if the same can be said for you.
Mary was Jesus mom. Jesus is the Son of God come to bring salvation to those who trust in Him. Indeed He is God manifest in the flesh. Mary was chosen by God for the task of bringing the Messiah into the flesh. A great honor indeed, but that is all she is.

That she as some omnipresent power to hear all Catholics pray and receive their prayers for God. That she is forever a virgin and did not die. They are the ones who have done her the dishonor by elevating her and diminishing the truth of what her Son came to accomplish, that is to restore the relationship between God and man. Not between Mary and man.

You are basically denying the Incarnation. You do not believe the Virgin Mary bore our very God. You have said she is His mother according to the flesh only. How are we saved, then? Only Jesus, fully God and fully man, can save us. That is not what you are describing.And I have not spoken untruthfully about who Jesus Christ is or what He did.
