As far as my son goes, he doesnt talk yet so i can't exactly reason with him. If he dont like the taste of the food he spits it out and pushes it away. I can't force it down his throat, so i am stuck.
i need to know, does chicken have B12?
I have often thought about becoming a vegetarian myself but i just worry about the whole lack of B12 thing. If we need B12 to be healthy, and B12 is only found in red meats and animal products, then how can we believe that God intended us not to eat meat? i am confused!
I have been a vegetarian all my life, never ate a morsel of meat, and I have no deficiencies. I have a healthy body weight and I've never had the flu or any other major sickness (and I've never been vaccinated for the flu)
Noah did not eat meat before the flood, it was only after the flood, when every plant life was destroyed that God permitted the eating of animals. And red meat is especially bad, because it has blood, God specifically says in the Bible not to eat blood. You will get diseased. The life is in the blood.
In a perfect world, Adam and Eve did not eat the animals they cared for and were healthier than any human being on this earth now. You may argue that that is just because there is sin now, but God does not change. What was healthy then is health now. Food does not change character.
