Vandalism

Vandalism is a big problem here on campus. I really don't understand why.

I certainlly would not condone it, but I could understand why people would be inclined to steal or cheat, but I never understood vandalism. How can some people recieve so much pleasure out of destroying somebody else's property? It's almost as they want people to suffer hardships.

Yea, but I'm not just talking about scratching a Mercedes or something like that. Some people will just destroy anything that is public property.
