CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hi just want to add something . The scripture you are looking for is John16:7. I loved the part about the drink of water and the ocean.Great! Never heard that before, B-A-E-U-tiful! On the 3rd fun fact you didn't have speaking in tongues, and interpretation . On Joel 2 i think upon all flesh is more understandable.The paragraph before Acts 2 is confusing. What prayer line is the first number to?

Your tract inspired me. I had not done one before. I was thinking of writing a tract, roll the tract up like a scroll take some scarlet ribbon to tie it together and hand them out.
I bet more people would read it like that.
I like that you mentioned right off the bat that you were not asking for money or to come to church. Though I still think I would put the address of my chrch on the tract just in case they wanted to fellowship more.
DO you think that the scroll and scarlet ribbon is a good idea?

Here is the armour of God prayer: (Ephesians 6:10-20)
10 Finally I (and my family) will be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 I put on the whole armour of God, (and I put the whole armour of God on my family) that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
