Using simulated evolution to solve problems

I have a new journal entry which discusses how evolution can be used to solve an optimization problem.

What I have done is written a program which simulates evolution to decrease the entropy of a system; more details are available, including a link to the program in question, here.

So you do not have a program that will eliminate entropy in peoples lives right here and now? The only way you can solve the problem will take a number of generations? So no one will still be around generations from now to see if you have solved mankind's entropy problem.

Does anyone remember the name of that program that could evolve, you can download it, I think it's name begins with an "A"?
