I agree with the comments:
No civilian casualties are acceptable.
The USA needs to investigate, and find why this happened.

And what part of the wedding was it at. Because I believe that in celebration the familys shoot off guns. Which, during hostile actions seems really stupid.

I make no excuses for the incident, but it does need to be investigated.

This does sound sadly like a case of mistaking celebratory gunfire for hostile fire.

I don't agree with the statement that the bombers should be prosecuted. If someone mistook a wedding complete with gunfire for a group of insurgents then one can hardly expect a jet to come to a more informed decision.

This all sounds freakishly familiar. Didn't the exact same thing happen in the spring of 2002?

It seems they were on their way to the wedding along a road not celebrating afterwards. And the bride was amongst those killed.

And yeah a similar event did happen back in 2002, but that was in response to the celebratory gunfire.
