  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Everyone PLEASE pray that God makes a way out of no way in my life. Please pray that he makes it so that I am able to financially support myself independently. I am in a very very rough situation and I am praying that God will deliver me from it and enable me to escape. The only way that my life can change for the better is if I can find a job to support myself. All of your prayers are desperately needed. Thank you and God Bless you.

Maybe you should seek help through a local church so that you can have good guidance and help in finding some kind of work that will lead to a better job and financial situation.

Father, You know the need here, I pray You will lead and guide this sister to the place she needs to go. I ask you to meet all her needs and give her strength and courage to make good choices and change the way her life is going. In Jesus name, amen

Please also know that God already promises an escape from any temptation or trial in 1 Corinthians 10:13. I urge you to pray for God to continually open your spiritual eyes to verses such as this. Stay strong sis!!

Everyone thank you so much for your prayers! God is so good! Today someone called me out of the blue and told me that they had some job information for me and thought that I would be a great candidate! I applied and I am now waiting to hear back from the company. I thank God in advance for the opportunity itself! Thanks again for the prayers and God Bless!!!!
