Just letting you know how i am and stuff. I think i said i have counseling at uni now ..if i didn't then now u know hehe. Had 3 sessions it;s been quite good, it can get uposetting though. I;m joining a self esteem group run for 6 weeks and one called 'therapeutic writing for self-harm' ..i saw the woman about this the other day and she said she'd love to have me in the group ...although i;m still terrified, theres 4 of us going to be in it i think ..although there could be up to 6. I could say a load of things here but i think that's bst left for my journal ..if you want to read it then let me know .. *hugs* for everyone here
