I just wanted to update all those who have been in prayer for Jerry, He was supposed to have gotten to come home two days ago but he got a fever from some infection. If it be Gods will he will come home today. They are going to release him after 16 days in the hospital. He is doing alot better, but i ask that you continue to pray for this young boy. He and his family has been through so much, and still have a fight ahead of them. I know, and trust that the Lord can heal him so lets pray; Father I humbly approach your throne of grace and uplift the name of Jerry Shane to you, and father i pray that you strenghten this young boy, and his family. Father it says in Psalms 103, that you forgive all our iniquities, and heal all our diseases, and i call upon your healing power for Jerry, bless him father with your love, and mercy, and heal his body i pray In Christ name AMEN

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
