Update from me

Hey, not been here for so long. We have net in our house at uni now ..anyway enough of that.

I nearly went 6 weeks without cutting ..but i failed today, but i know that 5 and a half weeks is good so i'm trying to ignore today.

Hope everyone here is okay

hey you, 5 and a half weeks is awesome. i have never been able to go more than... was it 4 weeks? you are doing awesome, even if you fail, God will pick you back up again.

Thank you both. It's difficult ..i think i;m slipping back into it ...not as regular as before hopefully but stuff is tough atm again. Still going to my self harm group thats run at uni counselling service ..theres only 2 of us and the counsellor but it's really safe and understanding there and i like it. Although it's scary.

Here i am, back in that place.

I sit here at one end of the lounge looking at my arm, friend at other end reading on the sofa. ............ I look back at the screen and think 'i can't do this' i know i'll feel guilty afterwards. Many people will be dissapointed. *sigh* MEh ..i'll just browse myspace for a bit

When you feel the urge to cut it isn't just some feeling welling up inside of you! It is the devil attacking you. I'm not some nut either I know this is true. You can't just sit and stare at your arm and try to talk yourself out of it. Your in a battle! Stand up and shout at the devil to leave you alone in the name of Jesus, or get donw on your knees and pray, pray that God would drive the devil away from you, or sing praise and worship to God; we are closest to God when we praise him and express our love for him. The devil cannot tempt you when you are in the prescence of God!
