i am the silent shadow
walking through the streets
you feel my prescence in the
rhythmic, pulsing beats

i'm the evanescent vapor
i'm here and then i'm gone
i seem to have no location
nowhere's where i belong

no one's ever seen me
and no one ever will
for one cannot behold me
one can only feel

It's okay...but nothing special. Maybe it's the rhyme scheme or word choice that makes it mundane, I'm not sure. Keep at it though.
