Then our sources differ.
But I am more prone to look in a library for the writings of Michael and the history than to rely on the after effect.

Rome has no issue with leavened Bread, but they used unleavened since before the schism.
Which is in my link, if I am not mistaken.

I do believe it was always customary, but finding it is recorded changed when Greek Patriarch Michael Cærularius wrought the schism, is the difference.

zhilan, each day I grow in strength for Catholicism, the more i read.

But I will not give up hope for a reunification.....
THEN I would go to the EO Mass. :wave:

Until then, we remain devided across this fued. Which IMHO is water under the bridge...
But alas, until all reunite under the chair of Peter, which the ECF's wrote about as headship, then i could not in good conscience remove myself.

I will wait.

So if you really want my company, pray for a reunification. :crossrc:

But i realise my presense wont make or break this almost 1000 year old tiff. ;)
