Given vast spans of time will those in the fire and Sulpher ever pay their fine and be found by God?

Because unbleievers have a debt for sin that is eternal and therefore will never be able to repay, the wrath of God will also be eternal, and even if they remain in the lake of fire for eternity, their debt will never be repaid. Some believe that unbelievers will continue to sin while in Hell and so while they are repaying their debt, more debt will be added on making them always in debt for sin for the rest of eternity.

The blessing for the believer is that when Jesus shed His blood and suffered on the Cross, it took Him just three hours to pay the debt of sin for every single person from Genesis to Revelation who put their trust either in the Messiah to come, or the Messiah who died on the Cross for them, The miracle is that Jesus endured the eternal wrath of God for sin in just three hours. No normal human being would have been able to endure that without being burned up. But Jesus was God in human flesh, and because He is God, He was able to bear the full eternal wrath of God and satisfy it in just three hours. Once He knew that the debt had been paid, He gave up His life. Neither the Cross nor the eternal wrath of God killed Him. He decided to give up His life as soon as He knew the debt was paid.

This means that those who put their trust in Christ will not have to pay that debt of sin. Jesus paid it on their behalf. This is why true believers love the Lord Jesus Christ with all their hearts because they know what He did for them on the Cross of Calvary.

Why did Jesus say, "until he has paid the last penny of his fine."

Jesus was using a known event to illustrate an unknown event. I think Jesus meant that sinners don't have and cannot earn anything to pay with so they cannot pay the last penny thus they never escape just like He said in Matt 25:46 and Matt 7:23

I don't know. What do you think?
It may be that those who are right with God, if they do not forgive will in death suffer the consequences of their sins, instead of receiving the sacred blood of Christ. Later they could be taken up.

I don't see that reflected in any passage of the Bible that I know of that describes the Gospel of Christ.

I question the uses of the word "until" from Jesus and it is also used in regards to Mary not having other children until Jesus was born and and so the Catholics interpret that to mean, never, but they believe in other chances for sinners after they die. Protestants and non-denominational Christians think Jesus had half brothers and sisters.

There may be a difference between the judgment before the lake of fire and the present death and Hades and staying in the coffin box...
Judgments before and after Jesus returns.

Fine Linen basically dropped by for a while. I think I might have stimulated his interest in posting here when I talked to him on a UR forum called Tentmaker. I never saw him in the role of being the leader. More like just the most venerable.

How were treated? There are a few less outspoken unis still here. Who ran them off?
Usually people only stay in a place for so long when it's made abundantly clear to them that they're not wanted. Needless to say I can't start naming names, pointing fingers, and calling people out.

Yes, but not the way you are talking. I definitely wouldn't be proud of it.
Proud of what? I know how they felt about the situation from taking with them privately. If you did the same, then I suppose you know as much as I do about it, which makes your questions a bit puzzling.

I wouldn't be proud of anything about them or having conversed with them. I knew SL personally before he became a uni. My concern for his salvation broke us apart as friends.

Prior to his fall into uni ville he was one of the smartest men i knew. His fall to me will always be this statement he made to me " you and most will never understand the uni. We are above the average intelligence". I saw that in most of them, their egos blinded them.

To me they are like the gays who prey on innocents to pull them into their pit of hell
First you can't understand why they left. Then you say you don't think they were treated badly. Then you say something atrocious about them. After reading that, I don't want to continue this discussion with you.

That's okay with me. I never purposely converse with unis. Don't ask if you don't want my honest opinion:)
