I consider heaven nearness to God and hell remoteness from Him. In that context it doesn't much matter whether you are talking about this life or the next.

The immediate pain will go away but they found I have arthritis so that's going to be around a while. Only 32 here also so that'll be fun.

I have heard that a very low sugar and reduced grain diet helps a lot with inflammation issues especially arthritis. It has helped me with my own inflammation issues - asthma, as well as getting and staying at a healthy weight.
