Short of one side giving up it's claims and accepting the other (essentially becoming the other) there doesn't seem to be any real answer to this question which is objective. Presumably Orthodox would retain the liturgy if they agreed with Rome and vice versa since there shouldn't be a problem with retaining respective liturgies as the same sort of thing existed before the schism (though it was a point of contention).

One side has to give up it's pretensions which would then allow reconciliation with the other. Neither side will though.

Who could call a council now? Without that in place, how would a unified church function?
