Is there anything I can do that would absolutely prevent me from entering Heaven, even if I became a believer? I've heard that blasphemy (real blasphemy denying God, not just using the Lord's name in vain) makes heaven impossible. Is that true? Is there anything else I can do right now that would forever and irrevocably put me off God's guest list?
God is an all forgiving God. The only thing he cannot forgive is when you die denying that He is the God that sent His only begotten Son to die for your sins.

Other then that, He is always willing to forgive the repentant sinner.

The truth to our condition is that we are all sinners who sin in thought, word and deed. We sin by what we do and by what we leave undone. We cannot love God with our whole heart nor our neighbor as ourselves. We justly deserve temporal and eternal punishment. Yet for the sake of what Jesus Christ has done for us, our sins are forgiven. We cling onto Christ for the forgiveness of our sins so that no matter what we do ... whether we loose our head and hurt someone or unintentionally sin, it doesn't matter. We are sinners not just by our actions, but by our very nature. Just as by nature I was born with red hair, so too was I born sinful unable to please God with my actions.

Thus I go to him with a contrite heart in prayer, in worship and when I go for private absolution.
