About 11yrs ago, I was driving my wife's brand new truck home from work. I was driving responsibly through a residential neighborhood when suddenly, from in front of a parked car, a cat dashed right in front of me from the right!
I slammed on the brakes but nothing happened! Also, the road was bending to the right and I drifted to the left side of the road. All of a sudden, my brakes and steering did not work! I left off the brakes and reapplied and came to a stop. I got out to see the fate of that cat and there was nothing, thank God!
Since it was my wife's vehicle, I kept checking the steering and slamming on the brakes to make sure her vehicle was safe to drive.
By the time I got into my own neighborhood, it donned on me that the reason the brakes and steering did not work is because the truck was airborne! I somehow literally flew over that cat!
Does anyone else have any "Unexplainable Things" stories?
